This tool facilitates effective management of notifications, alerts, and communications, even when users are away from their desks.

Depending on your assigned roles and permissions, the application enables you to:

• Respond promptly to alerts and notifications
• View and reply to group messages
• Create messages using predefined templates
• Dispatch messages via email, fax, pager, text, or phone calls
• Configure response options for critical alerts requiring immediate action
• Receive and address emergency notifications
• Access and manage message attachments

About CORES

The CORES suite offers comprehensive solutions for volunteer management and emergency alerting. The CORES RMS platform supports volunteer coordination for programs such as ESAR-VHP, with integration capabilities for credentials and background checks. The HAN system addresses Health Alert Network requirements, including direct alerting through PHIN. The ANS system provides public alerting functions and allows users to subscribe to notifications.
